The MM-167D is a memory expansion
mezzanine offered with 128MB of memory. It is a direct plug-in replacement for
the MEMC040® mezzanine module on the
MVME®167/187 single board computers.
The MM-167D
is configured with four-way interleaving to
allow cache line bursts to be transferred at the
rate of one long-word per CPU bus clock cycle.
It also supports byte, word and long-word
transfers to and from memory.
The card
utilizes 8Mx8 5.0V Fast-Page DRAMs and is
arranged in up to four banks of 144 bits (128
data bits and 16 parity bits). The built-in
Control/Status register set is compatible with
the MEMC040® which enables it to be a direct
replacement.
Reliability
is ensured by burn-in and running memory
diagnostics that check operation for 48 hours
while temperature-cycling boards from 0° to
70°C. Reliability is also backed by Micro
Memory's
1 year warranty.
